Face coverings required for all visitors who are not fully vaccinated: Visitors and team members ages 2 and up who are not fully vaccinated are required to wear a face-covering while inside our space at all times, except when drinking or snacking Visitors are encouraged to bring their own face covering. Those who do not have their own will be provided with one at reception.

Tickets are for entry at a specific date and time. Visitors are welcome to stay as long as they please during operating hours.

The average time spent experiencing the show is 30-40 minutes.

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Your ticket is only valid on the date and time of the ticket. Please confirm the date before purchasing.
• Purchasing tickets online in advance is highly recommended as entry might sell out.
• Tickets purchased online will be emailed to you. Please have your ticket downloaded on your smartphone or printed out in advance.
• Tickets purchased from third parties are not valid for entry.
• Tickets for future dates will be made available on a rolling basis. For information and early access to future ticket releases, follow us on social media.

Installations are highly immersive and some may use strong lighting effects as well as loud surround sound.

• The installation is projected onto the floor as well as some of the walls which may cause disorientation and is not recommended for individuals who may become easily unbalanced.
• A few installations contain flashing lights, images, and patterns that may trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy.

• All visitors must sign a waiver prior to being admitted into the space.
• Adult supervision is required for visitors under sixteen.
• Children under three years old do not require a ticket.

Installation is for all ages. Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older at all times. Adults with children are responsible for their children’s supervision, conduct, and safety.
